Homegrown defender who completed his scholarship with Wanderers to progress to the professional ranks. 

Enjoyed a number of loan spells to gain first-team experience with a season-long stay with Crewe Alexandra in 2024/25 giving the left-back a first taste of the EFL.

An outstanding campaign saw Conway named as Crewe’s Player of the Year before Wanderers extended his contract for a further year until June, 2026 and again included him in their pre-season plans ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
