Women | 2025/26 League Fixtures Confirmed

women's fixtures

Bolton Wanderers Women can confirm their league fixtures for the 2025/26 campaign.

Myles Smith's side take their place in the NWWRL Premier Division following their league title win last season, with an unbeaten league campaign complemented by a Challenge Cup final victory over title rivals Accrington Stanley in April to make it a season to remember.

With a number of new signings already in the building, with more anticipated in the coming weeks ahead of the upcoming season, Wanderers Women will look to build on their outstanding opening 12 months under club operations.

Wanderers Women enter a division packed with local derbies, including the likes of Bury FC and Crewe Alexandra, and will also renew acquaintances with Tranmere Rovers and Poulton Vics - having played both in cup competitions during last season.

Playing 22 league fixtures from August until March, the women's team will open their campaign on Sunday 17th August, away to Darwen.

FC United of Manchester will be Wanderers' first home fixture on a Wednesday evening (20th August), with two midweek fixtures taking place inside a busy opening month - where the Whites will play five times in the space of 14 days.

The run-in sees Wanderers on the road twice in the final month of the campaign, and are set to finish their season at Poulton Vics - who provided Myles Smith's side with an incredibly stern test back in February.

The fixtures are as follows, with all fixtures subject to change:

All games on Sunday are 2pm kick-offs, with the two Wednesday fixtures in August scheduled as 7:30pm kick-offs.
