Wanderers to reintroduce Lift Passes on matchdays

toughsheet

Bolton Wanderers can confirm that we are reintroducing Lift Passes for all matchdays at the Toughsheet Community Stadium for 2025/26 and beyond.

Since the return of supporters following the pandemic, we have operated our lifts under the discretion of matchday stewards. However, after putting our access control processes under review ahead of the 2025/26 season, we feel this move will help all supporters - who utilise our lifts - to have an improved matchday experience upon entry to the stadium.

Season ticket holders who sit in our upper tiers and have accessibility needs, or are unable to climb all the stairs to the upper tier concourses, can apply for a Lift Pass by emailing our Ticket Office at tickets@bwfc.co.uk

Once approved, our Ticket Office will post out the Lift Pass & lanyard which will need to be worn/shown to our stewards to gain access to the lift for every home fixture.

The Lift Pass holder will have access to their designated stand’s lift alongside one other person or carer. If the group entering the stadium consists of more than two people, the remainder of the group will need to enter the stadium via their designated turnstile block.
