Ibrahim Cissoko makes a full Wanderers’ debut as the Whites look for a second successive home league win to start the season.
The on-loan winger came off the bench in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Barnsley and gets a first start as one of four changes made by Wanderers’ boss Steven Schumacher.
Summer signing Ethan Erhahon also gets a full EFL debut for the Whites, while Chris Forino comes in for Eoin Toal, who is only fit enough for a place on the bench with George Johnston taking over as skipper, and Jordi Osei-Tutu also starts.
There’s also a welcome first appearance in a match-day squad for striker Sam Dalby, who has recovered from the hamstring injury he sustained during pre-season.
Reading, without a point so far, hand a debut to recent defensive signing Derrick Williams.
