Wanderers’ youngster Dubem Eze has joined Scunthorpe United on a season-long loan.
Eze has linked up with the former EFL club following their promotion to the National League as National League North play-off winners last season.
The move will give the attacking midfielder the chance to gain further first-team experience and continue his development at a competitive level just one rung below the EFL during the 2025/26 campaign.
Eze – who joined Wanderers after leaving Norwich City last summer – featured on loan last season for Chorley and Halifax Town to gain an extended taste of senior football.
The 20-year-old also made a number of appearances for Wanderers’ B Team and made it as far as the bench at first-team level in his first season at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
